Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Columbus, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Center-based BCBA position focused on pediatric care
• Provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and scheduling
• Collaborate with family medicine, therapy, education, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 clients
• Utilize Central Reach workflow platform
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• RBT supervision experience
• Treatment planning experience
• Interdisciplinary care team experience
• Center-based ABA experience
